GKE Foundation form the very beginning is set to incubating the for-profit Global School 21 (GS21) Project initiatives. Sometimes we refer this as School-in-School or S-in-S educational programs. Because we envision, when the "globalization" of education system become a reality, a new form of schooling or collaboration will emerge. The campus or classroom wall may still exist, but it will become invisible.

The concept of Global School 21 Project (GS21) was planted as part of the vision of incubating for profit Global Educational Development Corporation (GEDC). GEDC will have two operations, one is Global Education Investment Corporation(GEIC) will dedicated to incubating and developing the potential global-oriented and sustainable model school or educational programs, the other operation is to create a best-in-practice educational management team to form Global Education Management Corporation(GEMC) which will serve as management & Operation arms.

The diagram below illustrates the organizational development concept. Each target incubated school-in-School project will have similar Global Classroom learning environment supported by GKE's KnowledgeWEB Learning technology infrastructure. Each participated global alliance member schools will actively participate the global educational exchange programs to form a new global learning community.
